TRAINING RULES
Communication & Aptitude Classes
Communication Training
- 6 to 8-week syllabus cycle with a mock test at the end of each cycle.
- If cleared → students can focus on Aptitude & Technical training.
- If not cleared → students continue in the Communication batch until mock is cleared.
- New topic every Monday. New joiners can enter the batch only on Mondays.


Aptitude Training
- 15-week syllabus, covering 1 major topic each week with multiple examples.
- After 15 topics, the cycle restarts.
- New topic every Monday.
- New joiners can enter the batch only on Mondays.
Attendance Policy
Remember Frequent leaves take you farther from your IT career dream. 100% attendance alone will help you achieve your dream!
Leaves must be informed to the Technical Trainer in advance. However, to qualify for placement support learning portal in progress % should be 100%
- If unwell → attend the online session after informing Technical Trainer, to maintain continuity. Saturday Tests and backup sessions if any to be attended mandatory.
- Attendance Defaulters! Re-entry is allowed only once after meeting the Manager with a written commitment to attendance. After getting signed from Manager, show the letter to Student coordinator to reinstate you back into the batch and handover the letter to Technical Trainer to allow you into the class.

- 100% attendance is advisable for Technical, Communication, and Aptitude classes.
- 3 consecutive days of uninformed absence→ immediate removal from the batch.
- Missed classes will not be compensated — stay consistent to avoid gaps in learning.
- Offline students → may attend online if unwell after informing the Trainer
- Online students → cannot attend offline sessions.
Learning Beyond the Classroom

Value-Added Events
SLA holds Saturday sessions - hackathons, codeathons, guest lectures, alumni talks and industry expert talks - to give hands-on exposure.
These events build technical skills, problem-solving ability and industry awareness.
Attendance is expected, as participation boosts learning outcomes and placement readiness.

Mock Interviews
Mock interviews are conducted every day, every week by Training Manager to facilitate Placements. Approach your Technical Trainer for mock slot booking.
Try to attend mock with Training Manager after every module. Based on Feedback attend remock if asked to. The more the mocks you attend, the more the chance to get placed during onboard itself.
